Unlike other classes, for the feral druid, there's only one possible talent combination for pve.

You can go for 4p t10, cause the bonus is great. The rake damage will overcome your shred damage. Also, forget about mangle. Use it only once a minute, to increase bleed damage. Your main combo points building ability is shred.
Try not to use shred if there's no mangle and bleed effect on the target.
Avoid hit rating and expertise, get arp/agility. Hit cap is about 200, and expertise - well.. they never seem dodge with 56 expertise -
I had agility gems in most of my sockets, and a few hit rating gems, cause i lack hit rating (use prismatic on a blue socket);
but arp gems ar as good as agi ones.
The best binds for bear/cat are Q and E
Professions: I like to use Leatherworking; just raise it to 400 and enchant your wrists with +130 ap. I also like the tailoring enchant on the back: +400 ap for 15 sec. I use it on my rogue, also.
Rotation:
- I like to start with a small Faerie Fire
- Use mangle and and rake to prepare for shred spam
- Use a shred -> you should have 5 cp now
- Savage Roar! - try to keep it permanently up ( with this rotation, you will)
- You should have about 20 energy left, use Tiger's Fury.
- Pop Berserk and use a bleed effect.
- Spam Shred till you have 5cp.
- Use Rip, and 3 more Shreds - Glyph of shred will increase your rip time -
- Build up 5 combo points and finish with Ferocious Bite ( you can do this 2 times if you have the glyph of berserk)
- When there are 5 sec remaining from your berserk buff, just spam shred and rake.
- After your berserk is gone, your Savage Roar buff is almost gone; calm down and refresh it.
- Use rake and 2 shreds -> 5cp
- Your Tiger's Fury should be ready by now, use it.
- Rip always at 5cp
- Use 3 shreds to increase rip duration
- Ferocious bite - try not to use if you have more than 35 energy
- Build up 5 combo points and refresh Savage roar.
The main idea is to keep Savage Roar up, keep mangle up and keep a bleed effect up. I like to use Faerie Fire for a +3000 dmg, when i don't have any energy
When Omen of Clarity procs, use shred even if you have 5cp.
And the result is : 8k dps
